- protect trade secrets by filing suit to enforce noncompete agreements
- prosecute and defend suits for discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims
- prosecute and defend breach of contract and theft/misappropriation of trade secret disputes
- draft employee handbooks and advise employers on how to comply with federal and state employment laws
- defend against EEOC charges and provide training on how to prevent discrimination and harassment
- defend in audits by the Texas Workforce Commission of worker classification
- conduct investigations and advise on matters of employee discipline and termination
- negotiate, draft, and review noncompete agreements, independent contractor agreements, executive employment contracts, and severance agreements
