Our Team
Russell is one of two fifth-generation Texas lawyers—the other being his sister Emily. His great-great-grandfather — also named James Russell Frost—practiced Texas law in the 1800s and later served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives. Virgil T. Seaberry, Russell’s great-grandfather, served as State Bar President from 1957-58. And Russell’s father Jim Frost, a Board Certified civil litigator, served on the Supreme Court of Texas Board of Disciplinary Appeals for nine years. Without a doubt, practicing law runs in Russell’s blood.
As an experienced trial attorney, Russell represents individuals and small business owners (less than 50 employees) in civil matters including premises liability, personal injury, breach of contract, products liability, property disputes, probate matters, and DTPA violations. He has worked on over 100 cases from justice court to federal court, and he handles litigation matters from first demand to trial and appeal. While prosecuting cases for the City of Lubbock, he received favorable verdicts in all jury and bench trials. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and in the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Texas. He graduated summa cum laude from the Texas Tech University, School of Law.
Russell is also a licensed paramedic. While working for Bastrop County from 2001-06, he responded to hundreds of emergencies from heart attacks and strokes to fatal car wrecks, fires, dog bites, and work-related accidents. He knows first-hand the pain, suffering, and anguish these single moments can cause over a lifetime. Additionally, his experience in the field of insurance defense gives him the inside track in negotiating with insurance companies in the course of prosecuting personal injury claims.
In his spare time, Russell enjoys running, cycling, spending time with his dog Zira, and rooting for the Houston Astros and the Texas Longhorns. He claims to be a decent pool player, but the evidence suggests otherwise.

Emily was inspired to become a lawyer by her father, James S. Frost. Originally from Seguin, Texas, she is a Longhorn lawyer and loves all things Austin, especially the University of Texas, Barton Springs, and Lick Ice Cream.

Forrest was a graduate of Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas. He joined our firm as a law clerk in the Summer of 2021, was later hired as an associate, and—at the time of his passing in 2023—was a senior associate with the firm.
Originally from The Woodlands, Texas, Forrest graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014 with a B.A. in philosophy. After college, Forrest—a gifted musician—worked in the music industry as a professional audio engineer, serving as the head recording engineer at Stinson Studios in Austin, Texas, as well as teaching an audio production class at The Recording Conservatory of Austin. His experience in the music industry––specifically issues related to songwriting agreements, copyright, licensing, and distribution––influenced his decision to attend law school.
Forrest was also a certified paralegal, having obtained his certificate from the University of Texas at Austin prior to enrolling at Baylor.
Forrest’s hobbies included playing inline hockey, playing and producing music, spending time with his pair of pet Holland Lop rabbits, and paddle-boarding on Ladybird Lake.
Forrest’s practice areas included property matters, contract matters, general litigation, personal injury, consumer protection, probate, and bird law.
Forrest is survived by his loving parents Ray Culotta and Jill Tagudin and extended family, and he left behind many friends, co-workers, and countless clients for whom he fought vigorously. He remains dearly loved and will forever be missed.
Andie graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Law. In the summer of 2024, she joined our firm as an associate attorney.
Andie grew up in the Bay Area, California. Like many Californians, Andie moved to the beautiful state of Texas in 2010. In her younger years, Andie played club volleyball for twelve years, even making it to the Junior Olympics (once). After high school, Andie became a real estate agent, working through her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin. While at UT, she studied Human Health and Development, becoming a top research assistant for a longitudinal study to improve public education in Texas. Andie’s mom, a fellow attorney, played a significant role in her decision to pursue a career in law.
Andie’s hobbies include all things “crafty.” She paints, draws, sculpts, wood works, sews, crochets, beads, etc. Her husband claims she practically has a Michael’s crafts store in their laundry room (she disagrees). Andie also has two pugs, Enzo and Sophie, who she frequently takes to Austin pug meetups. She made her pugs their winning Halloween costumes last year: a Lady Pug and a Pug-a-pillar.
Andie’s practice areas include real estate law, general litigation, construction claims, contract matters, and bird law.
Marc is a certified paralegal with eight years of experience in various areas of law including personal injury, real estate law, tax law, collections, subrogation, insurance defense, probate law, guardianship, and general civil litigation. Outside of work, Marc enjoys running, yoga and martial arts. He is also an aspiring writer with plans to someday publish his first novel. Originally from Arlington, Texas, he has called Austin home for twelve years. Marc has a passion for the legal field and plans to attend law school in the near future.
Taizon Walker is a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Government and Philosophy and minors in Government, Philosophy, and Latin. Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of political philosophy, law, and public service.
During her undergraduate career, Taizon conducted political research under Dr. Sean Theriault, focusing on congressional legislation and bipartisan collaboration in Congress. She also contributed to the National Policy Agenda Project through policy coding and legislative database research. Her philosophical interests are particularly informed by the political thought of Niccolò Machiavelli and Friedrich Nietzsche. Currently, Taizon assists Dr. Ashley Moran in editing the Constitutional Studies Academic Journal.
In addition to her academic work, Taizon served in student leadership roles emphasizing equity and community engagement, including as Equity Chair for the Texas Spirits Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board. She has also volunteered with organizations supporting families and children across Texas. This summer, Taizon will volunteer as a Camp Kesem Counselor, serving children impacted by a parent’s cancer.
Taizon plans to continue pursuing opportunities in law and public service as she prepares for law school.
Aditi attends the University of Texas at Austin where she is working towards a BBA in Finance and a minor in Applied Economics and Business with Public Policy. After graduation, Aditi plans to attend law school and pursue a career as an attorney.
Originally from Frisco, Texas, Aditi gained early professional experience in audit practices, tech consulting, and real estate investing. Following high school, she became a real estate agent, working in both the Frisco and Austin areas.
At UT Austin, Aditi is actively involved in her business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, serves as an events coordinator for Texas Lonestars, and is a member of Minority Women Pursuing Law, an organization dedicated to empowering women in the legal field.
Outside of academics, Aditi enjoys playing pickleball, making jewelry, going on runs, and checking out locally-owned restaurants.
Ava attends the University of Texas at Austin, where she is working toward a B.A. in Economics with minors in French and Finance. After graduation, Ava plans to attend law school and pursue a career as an attorney. She was born and raised in Frisco, Texas, where she attended school and participated in independent research and study projects on various aspects of economic theory related to financial, behavioral, and environmental actions. Ava has held a wide variety of jobs, ranging from a Taekwondo instructor at a dojang to a barista at a Taiwanese bubble tea shop.
At UT Austin, Ava is a member of Texas Spirits, an honorary social, spirit, and service organization that promotes spirit, love, service, and friendship. In her free time, Ava enjoys practicing Taekwondo, drinking matcha, eating cookies, and spending time with friends.
