Mark Domel

Mark advises clients on employee benefits and employment law matters, including retirement plans, ERISA and Internal Revenue Code requirements, Department of Labor and IRS regulations, discrimination and harassment claims, and employee handbooks.
He negotiates, drafts, and reviews all types of business and employment contracts and agreements, including noncompete agreements and employment and severance agreements.

He focuses his litigation and appellate practice on complex business and employment disputes in state and federal courts. He represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving employment discrimination and harassment, breach of contract, fraud, oil and gas law, legal malpractice, state licensing regulations, noncompete disputes, theft and misappropriation of trade secrets, and open records disputes.
