Caryn McGraw, Law Office of Russell Frost

A 2013 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Caryn joined the Law Office of Russell Frost in September of 2014. She brings a diverse professional background to the firm that includes legal work for start-ups, film companies, social entrepreneurs, and the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

A scholarship tennis player at St. Edward’s University, Caryn studied International Business and founded the Student Chapter of Amnesty International. She is a recipient of the Patton Boggs Foundation Public Policy Fellowship, and spent a summer in fulfillment of her fellowship aiding a local microfinance institution by contributing original international and finance law literature to a complete publication of considerations in founding and operating domestic microfinance organizations to function internationally. Caryn is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
